Family Visit

It was so fun to have Uncle Donnie and Aunt Becky visit the Boise area last weekend!
We had a great time watching the College of Idaho's basketball game and cheering for Aunt Becky's cousin.  And many thanks to him for getting extra tickets so we could come to the game!
On Sunday we went to see the Peter Rabbit movie at the Village Cinema.  It was very cute.  Then we all had a delicious dinner at The Yardhouse.
After dinner we came back to our house.  The kids showed Aunt Becky and Uncle Don how to build a marble track and taught them how to play Farkle.  Then on Monday afternoon we hung out at Ty and Dawn's house until Don and Becky had to leave to head to McCall for the night.  It was so nice to have lots of time to visit and spend time together.

Small Business Saturday (A long day!)

We kicked off the morning at Eclair's for pictures with Santa and some treats.  Then we walked around main street to fill in our "passports" at all the businesses.  Even though there were only 12 businesses it took quite a while!
We played outside and shot some hoops back at the house.
I wanted to get a family picture.  This is what I got.
Bryce was obviously exhausted so we left him at home to (hopefully) take a nap (which he did with Grampy) while Claire, Grammy, and I went back uptown to the Empire Theater to watch The Goonies which they were playing as a community event (free, too!).
The movie ended just in time to go to the Christmas tree lighting in the park.  They had all the kids sing some Christmas carols and passed out candles to the adults.  Santa arrived by ambulance to turn on the lights.
Then we raced home so that we could head out to Mike and Shannon's house to watch the Apple Cup.  The Cougs really stunk it up!  I love them anyway though so Go Cougs!
Dad had been so disgusted with the Huskies that he was cheering for the Cougs.  He considered going back home to change his shirt before it was even halftime.

Thankful for Thanksgiving

You can barely see that the sun was shining right on Tekoa town.
Kids enjoying their Thanksgiving dinner.
Beautiful sunset to the west.  (Cold, windy, and raining some, too.)
 Rainbow to the east.
Brrr!  We still took a walk though.
Loved getting to snuggle and play with Jensen!
Pretty sure this was about the only Thanksgiving dinner Bryce ate.
These little cousins had so much fun playing together!
These big cousins had fun, too.

Brunch at Grandma Pat's

The day after Trevor & Katie's wedding we made brunch out at Grandma Pat's house.  Claire helped make the eggs.
Adaline looked adorable as usual.
Grampy helped Bryce play pool.
And we took some group pictures.
